Will Aerosmith Replace Steven Tyler?

It appears that the band isn't really getting along. I can't imagine the rest of the band finding a replacement for Steven Tyler. If they can't solve their issues, I think it's time the band call it quits

Anyone have any suggestions for a Steven Tyler replacement? Do I hear Chad Kroeger?
